It’s Never Too Late

Oh, hey world!

So here goes…I’m starting this blog for a few reasons. First, I need a hobby – not one that I take too seriously or get stressed about, but just a fun one! This is a space where I’ll share things that are beautiful, delicious, darling, or just plain bad ass, and sometimes I’ll be straight up silly. Everyone should have a fun hobby. If you don’t already have one, I suggest not waiting as long as I did to finally get one. See, I’m 39. They say never to ask a woman’s age, but there you go. I just gave you the answer. Now that we have that out of the way…

The second reason is because of wise words from my 6 year old. We were listening to Justin Bieber, “Sorry” (don’t judge cause you know that song is good!) and the lyrics came on that say, “Is it too late now to say sorry?” and my son said, “It’s never too late.” He’s six and already knows something that some adults never learn, and I hope this always stays with him. I hugged him, kissed him and told him he was right. Because he is. It’s never too late for anything! Obviously there are many deep and meaningful ways to use this mantra in life. In my case, at this moment in time, it’s never too late to start a lifestyle blog, even at 39.

Plus, the third reason is I secretly like having a little piece of the Internet all to myself.

I hope to inspire a lifestyle of seeing the beauty in all things, and making little moments matter.
